What are wallpapers?
Wallpapers are images the can be displayed on the screen of most mobile phones instead of the default manufacturers wallpaper. Most phones support the use of a still (non-animated) JPEG images. Some also allow the wallpaper to be an animated GIF file. Please check that animated wallpapers are supported by your mobile phone before purchasing a premium animated wallpaper or test one of our free ones first. TOP
What are screensavers and animations?
Screensavers and animations are animated gifs that are usually longer than animated wallpapers and contain moving characters. These can either be set to run as your mobile phone's screensaver so that when the phone is inactive for a predetermined time, the screen changes from displaying the wallpaper to showing the screensaver or they can be played to watch any time. Some animations contain a message such as love that can be sent via sms or bluetooth to a friend's phone TOP
What are 3GP video files?
The most popular format for viewing videos on mobile phones is the 3GP. It is basically an MP4 for phones. The standard size for 3GPs is 176 pixels wide by 144 pixels high. TOP
How do I download free mobile content?
There are two methods for downloading our free content.
Option 1: If you're downloading a video, there is only one available size, so right click on the preview GIF and select "Save Target As" (or "Save Link As" for Firefox users) and select a location on your hard drive. If you are downloading a wallpaper, screensaver or animation, you have to first select your phone or screen size. Please note that some phones don't display wallpapers or screensavers in full screen mode and we have done our best to give you your phones correct display size. Once the file is on your computer's hard drive you can transfer it to your phone either via a cable or bluetooth connection.
Option 2: Direct WAP download requires a phone that can connect to the internet. You will be provided with an ID code to enter into our WAP site, wap.oska.com. Once the file downloads, you can then save it to your phone's memory. TOP
How do I download premium wallpapers, screensavers and videos?
The only way to download our premium content that you have purchased is via direct download from our WAP site. For this you must have a WAP-enabled phone. This means that it can connect to, and browse, the internet. Please ensure that your phone can do this before purchasing premium content. After your payment is received, you will be emailed an ID to enter into our WAP site. Once the ID is accepted, your file will download and you can save it to your phone's memory. TOP
How do I install my new wallpaper?
The method of installing wallpapers differs from phone to phone.
Example 1 is for a Nokia N70 and is similar to many other Nokias. Enter the Tools and Themes menu, then options » Edit » Wallpaper » User defined and select the newly downloaded file.
Example 2 is for a Motorola RAZR V3. Menu » Settings » Personalize » Wallpaper » Picture, then scroll to the picture you want to use for your wallpaper and press Select TOP
How do I install my new screensaver?
The method of installing Screensavers differs from phone to phone. Before purchasing, please ensure that your phone supports screensavers or test one of our free ones first.
Example 1 is for installing on a Nokia 6300 and is similar to many other Nokias. Enter the Menu and select Settings » Display » Screen saver » click on your newly downloaded file.
Example 2 is for installing on a Motorola RAZR V3. Menu » Settings » Personalize » Screensaver » Picture, then scroll to the picture you want to use for your Screensaver and press Select TOP

Providing content for mobile phones can be a challenging exercise as there are no standard screen sizes. We have over 2500 different phone models on our database with information gathered from many sources. As such, it is possible that our data may be incorrect. Because many phone don't display a wallpaper or screensaver in the full available screen, we have 3 possible sizes for all content; screen size, preferred wallpaper size, and preferred screensaver size. You don't have my phone listed. What can I do?
If you know for a fact that your phone supports your chosen wallpaper, screensaver, or animation, you can choose 'Generic' as the phone brand and then manually select a size. We suggest you try a free item to test before purchasing. TOP
What methods of payment do you accept?
All purchases are done through Paypal. If you don't have a Paypal account, you can still use a credit card on their secure site. You must also have a valid email account so that you can receive your ID code. TOP
Will you continue to charge me after I have purchased premium content?
No. All sales are one-off purchases. There are no on going fees or contracts when you purchase content. TOP
I lost my phone or I have bought a new one. Can I download my premium content again?
Sorry, all sales are for the one phone only. You will have to re-purchase the content for your new phone. TOP
